Refund policy
At Roadline Supply Co, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging, with all accessories, components, and documentation included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, washed, or returned with missing parts may not qualify for a refund.
To begin a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not mail an item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, when applicable, are non-refundable. Roadline Supply Co is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
If we sent you the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide appropriate return instructions at no additional cost to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label
We will review the request and work to provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Roadline Supply Co cannot control processing delays caused by banks, credit-card companies, or other payment providers.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges because product availability may change.
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
If the order has already shipped, it must be handled under this return policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Used, opened, washed, or altered merchandise
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Personal-care or hygiene products once opened
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Products marked “final sale” at the time of purchase

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is refused, returned because of an incorrect address, or otherwise deemed undeliverable, any actual return-shipping or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If an approved refund has not appeared after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit-card provider. If you still cannot locate it, contact us
